BOSTON — The Bostonian Hospitality Group, LLC, led by Boston restaurateur Peter Lucido launched a mixed securities offering of $2 million with $350,000. The offering is expected to run less than a year, according to the related SEC filing.

Lucido, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, was previously President and Owner at Bay Mortgage Services, Inc.for 11 years. He is currently a partner at Channel fitness, Mukune Holdings, LLC (DBA Sea Dog Brew Pub) and The Next Place LLC (DBA The Greatest Bar).

Sea Dog Brew Pub in Woburn has attracted such celebrities as Shaquille O’Neal, Red Sox Hall of Famer Jim Rice, Patriots safety Brandon Meriweather and former New England Revolution player Taylor Twellman. The Greatest Bar is located across the street from the Boston Garden. and is comprised of three spaces spread over four floors.
