William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage Insurance has expanded its builder and developer services in Greater Boston with the launch of Raveis Marketing Group (RMG) in the area.
RMG will provide strategic marketing, sales and consulting services to help further William Raveis’ long-term commitment to new development in Greater Boston.
“William Raveis has extensive experience in the marketing and sales of new development properties,” said Chris Raveis, managing partner of William Raveis Massachusetts. “RMG has had tremendous success over the past 35 years, marketing and selling over 8,000 new units of construction with a value of over $5.5 billion. RMG will bring that expertise to the Greater Boston marketplace, where William Raveis already has displayed a strong commitment to servicing local real estate needs.”

John Tarducci, senior vice president of RMG and Jack Enright, director of business development in Greater Boston will spearhead the consulting services in the area.
Tarducci brings 30 years of experience in marketing and sales of new construction in the Northeast, including mid and high-rise multifamily communities in urban centers. He has been recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders Sales Marketing Counsel for his work, as well as by the Connecticut Association of Homebuilders for savvy marketing of new construction.
Enright has more than 27 years of real estate sales and marketing experience, specializing in residential sales, single-family subdivisions, multi-unit condominiums and commercial and investment sales. His expertise in new construction has contributed to his achieving more than $100 million in lifetime sales, according to a statement.
