Curious residents and potential buyers have a chance to peek into one of the South End’s luxury condos while raising money for a non-profit aimed at ending homelessness.
Boston’s real estate community and a South End chef are teaming up to host a viewing party of a $2.9 million condo at 32 Rutland St., with proceeds from the event benefitting Boston-based organization Homestart, Inc.
HomeStart works to end and prevent homelessness in greater Boston by helping individuals obtain permanent housing and developing ways to address systemic barriers to housing placement.
The showing is the 11th annual Keys to the House fundraiser hosted by the city’s real estate industry.
The event, scheduled for June 14 from 5 to 8 p.m., is set to feature live jazz music and Spanish tapas prepared by Estragon chef Julio de Haro for visitors browse and mingle in property that includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a deck, and garden.
Tickets to the event are $35 in advance or $50 at the door and are available online.
