The North Suburban YMCA, along with the YMCA of Greater Boston, is saying thank you to fire, police and emergency medical technicians with an Open House through July 31. Additionally, if any emergency service personnel choose to join the Y during Open House week, the joiner fee will be waived ($25-$50 savings).
North Suburban YMCA officials said they would like to let these hard-working people know how much they are appreciated by the community. “The YMCA of Greater Boston supports all of our emergency services personnel,” said YMCA of Greater Boston president and CEO Kevin Washington. “These appreciation days to honor our first responders are well deserved and serve as a token of our appreciation for all of their efforts and sacrifices.”
