Jones Lang LaSalle has hired five brokers away from Colliers International in order to expand its business into Greater Boston’s suburbs.
The firm hired Matthew Daniels as managing director, Christopher Lawrence and Brian Tisbert as senior vice presidents, Christopher Decembrele and Andrew Whipple as vice presidents.
The team will represent tenants, owners and investors in the leasing and sale of office, RD, and industrial space “throughout the Boston suburbs,” JLL said in a statement.
Daniels, in particular, has 15 years of commercial real estate experience, including a previous stint at JLL, and will “aggressively grow the firm’s presence along Routes 128 and 495,” the firm said.
JLL has clients in 70 countries and 200 corporate offices worldwide. Its worldwide portfolio is about 2.1 billion square feet.
