Malden was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in Greater Boston. The Golden Tornadoes beat the Golden Tornadoes 28-6 earlier in the week.
Cambridge Rindge Latin moved up to 193 from 226 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Falcons were able to make the jump by beating the Falcons 55-45.
Cambridge Rindge Latin made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,968 from 11,122. The advance stemmed from a 55-45 victory over John Shea’s team last week.
