Annual Event For The Community
Every NOVEMBER, NORTHEAST BROADCASTING Triple A WXRV (The RIVER)/BOSTON produces a charity concert called RIVERFEAST to benefit the GREATER BOSTON FOOD BANK.
This year the event takes place on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 17th at the PEABODY ESSEX MUSEUM in SALEM, MA and will feature MARSHALL CRENSHAW and JD MCPHERSON.
Much of the money that is raised to help those in need throughout BOSTON comes from a very special Silent Auction which is held prior to the concert. The station is currently looking for items for this auction.
