Mansfield Bank recently opened a new loan center in Boston, expanding its footprint to the Greater Boston area and looking to offer a wide variety of residential and commercial loan products. Norman Hayes, vice president will spearhead commercial lending efforts at the newly opened Boston office on 75 Arlington St.
Joining Hayes is Brendan Minich who is a mortgage loan officer and will handle residential mortgage loan originations out of the Boston office.
Other professionals adding on the office team include David P. Santoro, who has over 20 years experience serving retail investorsand will serve in the role of financial consultant; William Benford, vice president/commercial lending officer, who before joining Mansfield Bank, was managing director of special assets at UPS Capital Business Credit and national sales manager of a small business lending group; Craig E. Schermerhorn, vice president/commercial lending officer, who has extensive experience in the commercial real estate lending field and previously held positions at MT Bank and Citizens Bank; Marianne Mackie, recently promoted to residential mortgage originator; and Albert Jaffarian, commercial financial analyst.
