Richards Barry Joyce Partners (RBJ) has made managing partners out of Michael Joyce and Steven Purpura.
Joyce is a member of RBJ’s Boston leasing group. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a partner at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. He twice received the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Landlord Deal of the Year award; has been honored three times as a Top Five Producer among all Greater Boston brokers; and is a three-time recipient of the Colbert Coldwell Circle award for the top 2 percent producers at CB Richard Ellis.
Purpura directs RBJ’s Cambridge leasing group. He works with landlords and tenants, focusing on large, mixed-use developments. Prior to co-founding RBJ, Purpura was with Trammell Crow Co. He has won the Commercial Brokers Association Suburban Deal of the Year award. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

The new positions take effect immediately. Both will continue their roles as brokers within the firm.
