Trinity Building Construction Management, the Wilmington-based firm, has expanded with an office in Stoughton. The 1,300-square-foot space will house two employees, but has space enough for six more. Trinity’s client list includes Apple, Sovereign Bank, Max Brenner and South End Buttery.
Hasbro (Nasdaq: HAS) has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) as the property manager for their new sales and marketing headquarters at One Hasbro Place in Providence. The six-story 135,908-square-foot first class office center, owned by Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, recently underwent capital improvements.
Ace Ticket, the Boston-based ticket broker selling tickets to sports, concerts and theatre events, has signed a 3,400-square-foot lease at 656 Beacon St. in Boston. Avison Young represented the tenant while CBRE represented the landlord, Boston University.
EF Education First topped off the company’s 10-story North American headquarters at NorthPoint. Skanska is constructing the 300,000-square-foot building to include office and academic space for EF. Upon completion, the building’s entrance will feature a glass curtainwall resembling a waterfall running down the south and east facades of the building. The ground floor will include mezzanine space to be used for dining, building services and other purposes. Skanska will also build three levels of above-ground parking with 125 parking spaces.
The Simon Cos., the Braintree owner and manager of commercial and multifamily real estate, has been selected by Greenspan Realty Corp. to manage the Adams Building, a 35,000-square-foot mixed-use property in Milton. Services for the retail and office property at 356-380 Granite Ave. will include leasing and accounting, as well as a capital improvement plan for the property.
