Jones Lang LaSalle, a commercial real estate firm with a big presence in Greater Boston, said its construction unit has been appointed general contractor for the Warehouse Bar Grille, a new restaurant on the corner of Boston’s Milk and Broad streets.
The restaurant, which is scheduled to open in mid-August, will feature “a modern industrial design, polished concrete floors, an exposed ceiling, stainless steel accents, and a monochromatic palate, Jones Lang LaSalle Construction said.
With seats for just over a hundred customers, the Warehouse Bar Grille aims to “bridge the gap between sports bars and upscale eateries by providing a warm, casual, and stylish space, the firm said.
The firm’s press release included a quote from Warehouse owner Cliff Dever.
“The Broad Street location will serve as a neighborhood gathering place for business lunches, after-work cocktails, dinner dates, weekend brunch, and large group events, Dever said. “It will include televisions to watch your favorite sporting event.
