The Campaign for Catholic Schools, a fund-raising effort to rebuild Catholic schools in Greater Boston’s urban neighborhoods, celebrated its fifth anniversary with a gathering at Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy in Dorchester. Hill Holliday founder Jack Connors and Cardinal Sean O’Malley said the effort had raised more than $68 million, and that doesn’t include a just-announced anonymous donation of $7.5 million.
