Neal Ratto has joined Parsons Commercial Group as a leasing and sales associate for the Framingham-based commercial real estate firm.
William Dermody of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Needham has received the Andrew F. Hickey Distinguished Service Award. This award is given annually to a broker for their service to the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency awards the Environmental Merit Award to recognize contributions to environmental awareness and problem solving. This year’s winners include: the American Lung Association of the Northeast, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Second Nature Inc., Shaping the Future of Your Community Program, Mass Audubon, New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission Wastewater Management, Anthony D. Cortese, Mayor Thomas M. Menino, John V. Fernandes, Richard T. Moore, and Peter Hinrichs.
