Real Estate Personnel On The Move: July 12, 2013












A summary of personnel moves, events, accomplishments and awards in Greater Boston’s real estate community.

Angela Stamoulos has been appointed senior vice president and sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s two Back Bay offices. Stamoulos and sales manager Ken Tutunjian, are responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of more than 75 agents in the offices serving the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Waterfront and surrounding Boston neighborhoods. Prior to her new role, Stamoulos was the education and career development director for the company.

Synergy Investments has promoted James Grady to senior director of leasing. As a key member of the management team, he is responsible for growing and strengthening Synergy’s tenants and assets. Grady will continue to manage a team overseeing all leasing and tenant improvement construction activity in a portfolio of more than 360 tenants.

Robert Moss has been appointed principal and national director of governmental affairs at CohnReznick LLP, an audit, tax, and advisory firm in New York. He will lead the firm’s federal and state government relations efforts, namely in the affordable housing arena, from the company’s Boston and DC-metro offices.

Maynard-based construction firm JM Coull has named Thomas Dube vice president of business development and preconstruction, Christopher Oldham, executive vice president as chief operating officer, and Richard Gilfoy as chief financial officer.
