New Balance Development Group has named James Halliday its managing director, while Keith Craig and Brian Howe were appointed directors. They will coordinate development and construction of the company’s new world headquarters in Brighton.
Justine and Stan Augenstern of Hammond Residential Real Estate were named exclusive listing agents for the Estuary, a condominium development at 7 Bay St. in Hull. The project will be on a one-acre lot and will contain 11, three-story townhomes starting at $540,000. Sizes will range from 1,750 to 2,600 square feet.
