Real Estate Personnel On The Move: July 26, 2013

A summary of personnel moves, events, accomplishments and awards in Greater Boston’s real estate community.

Peabody Properties, a Braintree real estate management firm, named Lynne Sales regional resident services manager and Kristen Brophy resident services manager. Sales will be responsible for managing services managers and resident service coordinators. She most recently served as grants and projects manager for the firm. After six years as a resident service coordinator, Brophy will serve as resident services manager of Mishawam Park, a 337-unit community in Charlestown.

Jessica Beers and Bruce Ficke have joined Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). They will advise real estate outsourcing teams on emerging strategies with the firm’s corporate solutions group. Beers will be an executive director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Boston office. She was vice president of business development for DTZ. Ficke, formerly of Cushman Wakefield, comes to the company as a principal.

Erickson Living, a national developer and manager of continuing care retirement communities, has named James Wingardner executive director for its Linden Ponds community in Hingham. His career includes more than 15 years of experience in managing continuing care retirement communities in Massachusetts. He served as executive director of Lasell Village, director of operations at Fox Hill Village, as well as associate executive director at Linden Ponds and executive director at Brooksby Village.
