opened a sales and marketing office in Lowell, Mass., to enhance
strategic opportunities with potential partners and spearhead recruiting
efforts in the technology-focused Greater Boston area.

The Boston talent pool will enable Matrix Systems to assemble a strong
internal team to build on its ongoing strategic initiatives. Matrix has
already added two professionals to its sales and marketing team that
will be based in the Lowell office, and has plans to further enhance its
local team and presence.
The opening of the new location follows a successful quarter for Matrix
Systems in which the company further refined its business, while
continuing to innovate its products and services. In June, the company
deployed Lean education and methodologies as part of an overall goal to
foster a culture of continuous improvement. The company is also adding
new features and functionalities to its Frontier™ access control
software platform and seeking new partnerships to boost the value of its
open-standards approach to security. The Lowell office will serve as the
company’s base for marketing and other strategic initiatives to drive
sales, new technology partnerships and customized service options.
