(NECN) – The partial shutdown of the federal government is in its third day Thursday.
Jim Klocke of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce joined NECN On The Record to discuss the local impact.
“A lot of uncertainty. Tomorrow morning, no jobs report,” said Klocke. “People’s ability to plan for the future is diminished. It’s not clear when this ends. If this was a two-day shutdown, people would just manage through it.”
Klocke also discussed traffic concerns in Boston’s innovation district and the launch of the Intern Hub.
