Longtime Wayland resident Joanne Berry, an agent with Hammond Residential Real Estate, has been recognized by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS for 30 years of service in the real estate industry.
Berry, who has been an agent with Hammond Residential since 2001, attained designations from the Council of Residential Specialists and Graduate Residential Institute.
Buyers and sellers who have worked with Berry have noted her exceptional level of knowledge and personal service in dealing with all phases of the real estate transaction.
Berry is a member of the Council for Women of Boston College, Wayland Public Library’s Great Presenters Committee, and she plays the French horn in the Sudbury Valley New Horizons Band.
Berry also serves as an overseer for life at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and the hospital’s HopeWalks Organizing Committee to benefit the Vernon Cancer Center.
She is a graduate of Regis College and holds a master’s degree from Boston College.
