A 20-year-old Havre de Grace man from the 400 block of Bostonian Way was charged with second-degree assault after an incident involving a Comcast vehicle.
Around 2:58 p.m. on Oct. 31, Comcast employees saw the man get into their van, which was parked in the 800 block of Otsego Street, and confronted him. The man started to walk away.
When an employee followed him away from the van, the man turned and spit on him, police said.
Officers found the suspect in the 900 block of Otsego Street and arrested him. He was charged with rogue and vagabond and second-degree assault. The man was committed on Oct. 31 and released Nov.1 .
Vandalism
Police said there are no suspects after the window and hood of a vehicle were spray-painted in the 400 block of Congress Avenue on Nov. 2.
Thefts
A generator was stolen from the 400 block of Deaver Street, reported at 3:33 p.m. on Nov. 4. Police said there is a possible suspect. Estimated loss was $200.
A woman said her rent money was stolen from the 300 block of South Union Avenue. She filed the report at 10:05 a.m. on Nov. 4.
A wallet was reported stolen from a Honda Accord parked in the 500 block of North Stokes Street at 4:44 p.m. on Nov. 2. Estimated loss was $30.
Jewelry was stolen from the 200 block of Revolution Street, reported at 4:56 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The rear license plate of a vehicle was stolen, reported at 8:51 a.m. on Oct. 31. Estimated loss was $50.
Halloween DUI
A 44-year-old Port Deposit woman was charged with DUI after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Legion Drive at 12:51 p.m. on Oct. 31.
