New England Construction has opened a regional office at Burlington Mall Road in Burlington and appointed Michael Guilmet as vice president.
“As we continue to expand our geographic presence in Greater Boston and Northern New England, we felt that it was vital to invest in a physical location to further solidify our existing relationships with key clients, as well as cultivate new relationships with a potential client base, architects, engineers and developers in the Massachusetts marketplace,” John Pignataro, president and COO, said in a statement. “Mike’s reputation in the greater Boston market speaks for itself and I see him as a key component in our strategic growth initiative.”
Guilmet recently joined New England Construction to lead the strategic business development effort in the Boston market. As a member of New England Construction’s executive management team, he will assist in developing key client accounts and relationships in the Massachusetts market.
Some of the clients that New England Construction serves in the Boston market include the recently completed Flywheel Sports at The Prudential in Boston; White City Shopping Center Shrewsbury and Brooklyn Boulders Somerville. On-going projects for the company include The Village at Colony Place in Plymouth and Tower Plaza in Melrose.
