Developer Skanska USA has added a second office in Greater Boston as it increases its presence in the New England commercial real estate market.
Paul Pedini was named vice president of operations and regional manager of the new office on Cambridgepark Drive in Cambridge, which has 30 employees. Before joining Skanska this month, Pedini was New England regional manager in Dragados USA’s Boston office.
New York-based Skanska will retain its existing office on Summer Street in South Boston, which has approximately 200 employees. Skanka is construction manager of the Novartis Cambridge campus expansion and recently broke ground on a 17-story office tower at 101 Seaport Square in the Seaport District that will house PricewaterhouseCooper’s Boston offices.
