Are you tired of winter yet? Well, Mother Nature isn’t, as the Greater Boston area is slated to get even more snow on Saturday.
The National Weather Service is projecting 2-4 inches of snowfall, so it may be a good idea to hang on to space savers like these in Boston.
Here’s the latest extended forecast from the NWS:
Today: Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Windy, with a west wind 22 to 28 mph, with gusts as high as 46 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 25. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 20 mph decreasing to 6 to 11 mph after midnight.
Saturday: Snow, mainly after 2pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy fog between 2pm and 5pm. Patchy dense freezing fog after 5pm. High near 36. Calm wind becoming northeast 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
Saturday Night: Snow, mainly before 1 a.m. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy fog between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Patchy dense freezing fog before 8 p.m. Low around 21. Blustery, with a north wind 15 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Sunday: A slight chance of snow before 8am. Sunny, with a high near 27. Blustery, with a west wind 17 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 11.
