The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for the Greater Boston area until 5 a.m. Sunday as another winter storm is expect to blast the area with a coating of 2-4 inches of snow. Accumulation in some areas may exceed 6 inches.
A wind advisory is also in effect until this 6 p.m. this evening.
Driving conditions are expected to deteriorate as the weather intensifies and snow accumulates.
Visibility may be limited to a quarter mile in some areas.

This Afternoon: A slight chance of snow showers before 2pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 35. Windy, with a west wind 23 to 28 mph, with gusts as high as 46 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight: Increasing clouds, with a low around 25. West wind 12 to 17 mph decreasing to 5 to 10 mph after midnight.
Saturday: Snow, mainly after 1pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy fog between 1pm and 4pm. Patchy dense freezing fog after 4pm. High near 36. Light north wind becoming northeast 6 to 11 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Saturday Night: Snow, mainly before midnight. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy fog between 7pm and 1am. Patchy dense freezing fog before 7pm. Low around 21. Blustery, with a north wind 17 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 27. Blustery, with a west wind 16 to 20 mph.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 11.
