Peter Stankiewicz to lead JLL Construction in New England

JLL, a real estate services firm looking to expand its construction capabilities in the Greater Boston market, said that Peter Stankiewicz has been named to lead the JLL Construction unit in New England.

Stankiewicz has been with JLL for 30 years. He has been the firm’s lead executive on several local projects, including the renovation of a manufacturing facility for Entegris in Bedford. (Entegris provides product and materials used in high technology manufacturing.) He’s also managed several projects for Tufts University in Medford and Boston.

JLL also announced that Matthew Cataldo has been hired as the business development director for JLL Construction. Cataldo joins the firm from Cranshaw Construction.

JLL recently shortened its name from Jones Lang LaSalle.
