- AlliedBarton Security Services recently appointed Michael Losier as business development manager serving the Greater Boston area. Prior to joining AlliedBarton, Losier held several succeeding positions at DTZ, formerly UNICCO Service Co. in Boston, including director of operations, regional operations manager and maintenance planner/scheduler.
- JLL recently announced Peter Stankiewicz has been named to lead JLL Construction in New England. He also was appointed as a managing director. The firm also announced that Matthew Cataldo has been hired as the business development director for JLL Construction. Stankiewicz has been with JLL for 30 years. Cataldo is joining the firm from Cranshaw Construction.
- NorthMarq Capital of Boston announced it recently arranged a $4.8 million loan from the Institution for Savings in Newburyport to help finance the purchase of a 14,820-square-foot Walgreens at 16-28 Mechanic St. in Bellingham. Ed Riekstins, a senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Boston based regional office, coordinated the deal on behalf of the buyer, a Massachusetts LLC listing Benjamin Mayer of Connecticut as its principal officer.
