Social Studies: Revere Hotel bash helps feed needy

Last night, caring young socials gathered on the rooftop of the Revere Hotel for Kitchen Cabinet’s annual Step into Summer event.

The swanky soiree featured a silent auction with more than 22 packages, including Patriots tickets, a team-signed Celtics basketball and a puck autographed by David Krejci of
the Bruins. Guests also
enjoyed a catwalk show with summer fashions, part of the hotel’s weekly style event produced by mama-to-be Christina Pierce.

Last night, label Imbue rocked the runway with printed maxi dresses and Parisian-inspired striped numbers.

Back to the benevolent bunch — think of Kitchen Cabinet as the Greater Boston Food Bank’s little cousin, made up of young Greater Boston professionals.

In dedication to their parent organization’s mission of ending hunger in our community, the group hosts seasonal events and volunteer opportunities to help raise money and awareness.
Each dollar raised via the night’s silent auction is
slated to provide three meals to area families in need.

Kitchen Cabinet also serves as a fun network for young Hubsters to schmooze, socialize and flirt within.

Spotted on the scene:

Globe-trotter J.B. Dowd, Bulgarian beauty and
Revere Rooftop manager Teodora Bakardzhieva,
interior designer Suzanne Logan, Leslie Parris Kwan of L’Academie and GBFB event gal Carlen Singmaster.
