This three-bed, two-and-a-half-bath at
33 Kimlo Road in Wellesley just had some radical price reduction surgery.
Previously listed at $600,000, the 1,536-square-foot home, built in the 1930s, was recently knocked down to $549,900.
Believe it or not, you can also buy into Hingham now for less than $400,000. The owners of this three-bedroom, two-bath, turn-of-the-century village colonial recently knocked $35,100 off the price, lowering it to $388,900.
At 1,057 square feet,105 Hersey St. is a bit on the small side, but also a good $160,000 cheaper than that Wellesley home. Needless to say, space in Greater Boston comes at a premium.
There is this single-family-like townhome listed at 22 Grove Place, #19 for $545,900 after a $14,000 price reduction. The two-bed, three-bath townhome is by far the largest of the group, with 2,310 square feet.
An honorable mention to this three-bedroom, two-bath home at 294 Cherry St. in Newton. I was planning on featuring it, only to find out it’s listed on Redfin as pending.
It was listed at $519,000 after a price cut of more than $19,000.
I guess the price was right!
