A summary of recent transactions and personnel news within Greater Boston’s real estate community.
- Danvers High School has beem designated a MA-CHPS property based on its compliance with various environmental and design criteria established by The Massachusetts Collaboration for High Performance Schools, the local chapter of the Collaboration for High Performance Schools. Based in California, CHPS advicates for design and building concepts that best ensure a quality and environmentally friendly learning environment. The Massachusetts criteria was established by CHPS in partnership with the Massachusetts School Building Authority. Under renovation from 2012 through 2013, the now-updated Danvers High School was designed by DiNisco Design Partnership, a Boston-based firm with 20 architects specializing in educational, municipal and institutional facilities.
- Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects in Hopkinton hired Bradley Newsome as project manager, building envelope sciences division. Newsome brings experience in all types of projects, including building assessments and reports.
- Meg Rokos has joined Faulkner Associates, a team within Keller Williams Realty in Andover that has expertise in both commercial and residential selling and buying, as a residential Realtor.
- LCB Senior Living LLC in Norwood hired Tim DuRoss as chief financial officer. DuRoss’ responsibilities include overseeing LCB’s strategic and operational financial planning.
