A Cambridge Favorite Celebrates 10 Years in Business

Tabletop and outdoor furniture store Didriks in Cambridge MA, announces their 10th birthday this September. Since they have been in business, the independent, locally-owned store on Observatory Hill has been providing customers in the Greater Boston area with dinnerware, glassware, housewares, and outdoor furniture. To celebrate, they will be hosting a party at their Observatory Hill location, 190 Concord Ave. Cambridge, on Thursday October 9th from 5-8pm.
In the past 10 years, Didriks has grown considerably. They have expanded their footprint to include Local Root – The Kitchen Store, and a combined Didriks and Local Root location in Newton Lower Falls. They have become increasingly involved within the local community — regularly hosting a variety of in-store events to benefit local nonprofit partners, and collaborating on an annual Holiday Stroll event with other Observatory Hill businesses. Both Local Root and Didriks have been awarded “Best of Boston” by Boston Magazine on multiple occasions.
