Only in Rhode Island?

As a Bostonian now living in Rhode Island, I have finally learned what “only in R.I. means.” Returning from a business meeting in Boston, I entered the state and passed an attractive new sign welcoming people to the beautiful state of Rhode Island. Driving on, the next sign I noticed was an electronic-type announcement advising drivers that travel time to the Connecticut line was 40 minutes.
