A 20-year-old Havre de Grace man from the 400 block of Bostonian Way was charged with second-degree assault after an incident involving a Comcast vehicle.Around 2:58 p.m. on Oct. 31, Comcast employees saw the man get into their van, which was parked in the 800 block of Otsego Street, and confronted him. The man started to walk away.When an employee followed him away from the van, the man turned and spit on him, police said.Officers found the suspect in the 900 block of Otsego Street and arrested him.
