Well San Diego at 51 day and Austin at 52 days, to name two. In Denver, homes on are the market a crazy low 25 days before selling. And of course, there's the red hot, San Francisco, Silicon Valley tech driven market, where Google and other giants are actually getting flak from protestors angry over rising prices. New Blue State Coffee Location Is Now Open

[Photo: Official Site] Blue State Coffee's Seaport location (155 Seaport Boulevard) is now open, reports Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog, citing an April 15 tweet from the small chain of coffee shops. There's also a location on Commonwealth Avenue, as well as two in Providence and three in New Haven.
