(NECN) -  The Economic Outlook Breakfast was held Thursday morning in Boston, hosted by Santander Bank and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.      Michael A. Hotels packed for Boston Marathon

Hotels in Greater Boston are full around the date of the Boston Marathon, forcing some runners to seek lodging as far away as Rhode Island,  Reuters reports. The news service says hoteliers report especially high demand this year, in part because Marathon organizers expanded the field so runners forced to abandon due to last year's bombings could participate. JLL unit will manage $15m expansion of the YMCA in West Roxbury

The $15 million project will update the 61-year-old facility with the demolition of 16,000 square feet from an existing building, and the construction of a 24,000-square-foot addition, said JLL, a commercial real estate services firm that recently shortened its name from Jones Lang LaSalle.
