MAPS celebrates accomplishments at annual meeting in Cambridge

The Massachusetts Alliance of Portuguese Speakers is in an excellent position fiscally and programmatically this year, according to Executive Director Paulo Pinto who spoke at the annual meeting held Oct. 22 in Cambridge. The agency, which serves Portuguese speakers and others throughout Greater Boston, Greater Lowell and the Framingham area, has a budget of more than $3 million for the first time in its 43-year history, said Pinto.
