Free Things To Do This Week: Outside The Box Festival

Here’s one to lift your spirits. Boston is playing host to a new kind of performing arts festival – Outside the Box.  It’s nine days of free entertainment on Boston Common and City Hall Plaza, as well as other venues across the city.
