Bailey seeking a secure place to live but instead Bailey sexually harassed them, federal authorities said. At the end of June, 14 students from Wayland and Natick took part in Good Shepherd Parish’s Boston Summer Service and Immersion Trip. It was a great experience for everyone involved. Mass. shark attack victim returns to beach

TRURO — A man bitten by a great white shark last month while swimming off a Cape Cod beach has returned to the scene. But he did not go in the water. The Cape Cod Times reported that Christopher Myers, whose legs were injured in the July 30 attack, was greeted by several people who recognized him at Ballston Beach in Truro. Myers, a native of Greater Boston who lives in Denver, has been visiting relatives before returning home. Tobey Maguire films in WGBH studios

Tobey Maguire was at the WGBH studios Wednesday, but, alas, not to sit down with Emily Rooney on “Greater Boston.” The actor was there to shoot a scene for “Labor Day,” director Jason Reitman’s film based on Joyce Maynard’s book. Maguire filmed a scene with actor Gattlin Griffith, who plays the younger version of Maguire’s character. We’re told the crew cleared out in time for Rooney to tape Wednesday’s episode of “Greater Boston.”

Yesterday, we reported that Uber had came under fire from the Division of Standards of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, receiving a cease and desist letter that sought to shut down its operations in the Greater Boston area. The issue has since been resolved, with an amended decision saying Uber was “not out of compliance with state law” and free to continue operating.
