Entrepreneurship class bridges Christian ethics with business practices

Checkers burger chain coming to Boston

By Daniel B. Kline, Globe Staff Retro-style fast food chain Checkers, known for its double drive-thrus, plans to bring its brand of fast food to the the Greater Boston area in 2014. The Tampa-based chain, which has 783 stores across the country, said it plans to open up five stores in Greater Boston over the next 18 months.
