Medford High cross country team keeps pace at Greater Boston Meet

The Mustangs made some serious headway over the weekend. The Medford High boys and girls cross country teams each took third place in the Greater Boston League Meet, Oct. 27 at Fresh Pond. National Grid reporting increased power outages


(NECN: Peter Howe – Newton, Mass.) – In the Greater Boston area, the effects of Hurricane Sandy are definitely starting to worsen.

Power outages have spiked in the last hour (as of 3 p.m. ET), and trees are coming down on power lines. According to National Grid, there are 41,000 people without power, and things are getting especially bad in Quincy, Mass.
