FBI Boston Division seeks note-passing bank robbery suspect

By Canton Citizen The FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance to identify an unknown serial bank robber who robbed two banks in the greater Boston area from July 28 to August 11. Surveillance footage from an August 11 robbery in Milton The robber is a black male with a medium athletic build, approximately 25-30 years old, 5’8” to 6’ tall, is clean shaven and may have a tattoo on the right side of his neck. Greater Boston Bubble Watch

Interesting stats for sure, though I am not sure I am buying the bubble argument. Skahen uses relatively high June price numbers – a high point annually in the real estate market – to make his point.

But the comparison is with full-year numbers for 2008. That’s not quite an apples-to-apples comparison. Full-year price numbers are always lower, and as we know now, the world economy came close to collapse in the fall of 2008.

Still, an interesting take for sure.
