Wellesley-based hospice to host Tree of Lights ceremony

Hospice of the North Shore Greater Boston will hold its first annual Tree of Lights ceremony on Tuesday, Dec.13 at 5 p.m. at their offices at 70 Walnut St., Wellesley. The Tree of Lights is an event that invites members of the MetroWest and Greater Boston communities to sponsor a light in memory or in honor of a loved one with a donation to support the mission of Hospice of the North Shore Greater Boston.

Immediately following the tree lighting ceremony, there will be a reception where guests will be able to view the Honor Roll Book inscribed with the names of those memorialized on the tree.

Charitable donations go directly towards Hospice of the North Shore Greater Boston’s mission to support patients and families affected by life-threatening illness, death and loss.

For more information about honoring someone special through the Tree of Lights, please call 978-223-9787 or visit www.hnsgb.org. All names must be received by Nov. 25 to be inscribed in the Honor Roll Book in time for the events. All names received after that date will be added later.
