Christmas at The Langham, Hong Kong is always a magical experience that truly reflects the European elegance for which the Group’s hotels are renowned. This year, the hotel will once again be transformed into an enchanting winter wonderland filled with live music and lavish decorations. 

Executive Chef, Mark Bannon and Chef Siu and their teams in T’ang Court, The Bostonian, L’Eclipse, Main St. Deli and Palm Court will also be preparing festive culinary favourites throughout the holidays. 

Festive Dining Programme

T’ang Court invites you to indulge yourself and your family with a Michelin-starred dining experience all over Christmas and New Year.  Chef Siu has prepared an array of festive menus and the restaurant’s sommelier will be standing by to help you pair wines should you wish to take your indulgence to the next level.  To welcome 2012 in true style, be sure and book the venue’s New Year’s Eve Dinner package. With a minimum charge of just HK$1,138 per person, this is sure to be one midnight you’ll never forget.

The Bostonian is famed for its traditional New England-style seafood and steaks and will be offering semi-buffet bunches and dinners all through the Christmas holidays. Special highlights will include a Seafood Bar with fresh oysters, Boston lobsters, black mussels and king prawns. Other not-to-be-missed features will include a Foie Gras Station with condiments, soft scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and caviar. This area’s tasty Boston cream pie, lobster and gold leaf bisque with puff pastry, petit beef mignon, scampi open ravioli, brandy cream, mango Napoleon, biscuit and crumble pudding are also sure to prove very popular. A lavish 3-course semi-buffet lunch and dinner costing only HK$408 to HK$438 per person will also be served on New Year’s Eve.

Main St. Deli is also going “all-American” throughout the festive month and serving up a delicious 3-course set lunch and dinner served all over Christmas up to New Year’s Eve. Its many standouts will include cream of pumpkin with crab meat, Roasted US tom turkey and Christmas pudding. Main St. Deli’s Turkey Takeaway menu also gives you the chance to host a delicious festive meal without any of the hassle, at home. Priced from HK$1,488 to HK$2,188 for a combo, it’s the ideal choice for parties of from 6-10 people and 16-20 people accordingly. In addition to a perfectly cooked U.S. Tom turkey with all the trimmings, each package comes with a choice of pumpkin cheesecake or a maple-glazed pecan pie.

Palm Court will also be tempting you with a new experience in the form of the tasty Seafood Dinner Buffet it will be serving all through the Christmas holidays. Festive highlights will include a Seafood Bar serving fresh oysters, Alaskan crab legs and black mussels. The chefs here will also be hosting live demonstrations of pan frying Rougie foie gras at the Cooking Station. Priced at a very reasonable HK$498 per adult, it all adds up to Christmas 2011’s most outstanding value. Palm Court will also be ringing in the New Year with a band and lavish Seafood Dinner Buffet for just HK$528 per adult. Available for a minimum charge of HK$328 per guest and including one amuse, the venue’s Enchanting Count-down Night Party is equally exceptional value. This year, staff here will also be joining forces with The Salvation Army and hosting a charity Tiffin Teddy Bear Afternoon Tea from 17-23 and on 25 December. So come along and donate a clean, un-wrapped new or old toy, book or stationery to the less fortunate.

L’Eclipse is famous for its International Culinary Buffet and Interactive Cooking Station. This Christmas, the chefs here will be preparing a series of traditional festive menus from all around the world to give diners a truly unique seasonal buffet experience.
