, a three-person brokerage in Winchester, Mass., has joined NAI Hunneman
, a provider of commercial real estate services.
Greg Klemmer will serve as an executive vice president and member of the firm’s management committee and will focus on leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in the suburban Boston markets, the company said. Klemmer has been a real estate broker for more than 24 years and has assisted in nearly 9 million square feet of transactions totaling $491 million since 2000.
In addition to Klemmer, Tim Brodigan, a senior vice president at Klemmer, will also join NAI Hunneman. Brodigan has over eight years commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the leasing and sale of over 4.2 million square feet of office and industrial space.
