- CapeBuilt Development LLC has appointed Renee Hansen operations manager. Hansen oversees the sales team and coordinates all aspects of real estate development between and among design, manufacturing, on-site construction and marketing teams. CapeBuilt is the developer of Heritage Sands, an oceanfront Cape Cod cottage community in Dennis Port, Mass.
- F.W. Webb, a wholesale supplier of plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial PVF in the Northeast, has acquired Watertown Supply, which stocks more than 64,000 products and provides manufacturers repair parts. The company has been re-branded to Watertown Supply, a Division of F.W. Webb Co., and will continue to operate at 33 Grove St. in Watertown. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
