It’s been a while since the Chairman of the State Gaming Commission has been out and about and in action. That’s because back in May, Steve Crosby recused himself from the process of selecting the Greater Boston casino site because he was once friends with a partial owner of the Everett parcel that was under consideration.
Crosby’s four colleagues on the commission settled on the Everett site on their own, and now that the casino law has cleared the referendum hurdle, Crosby is back to active duty.
