  • An affiliate of GID Investment Advisers LLC of Boston has sold the 240-unit Windsor at Brentwood apartment complex in North Providence, R.I., for a total deal price of $25.8 million. The buyer was an affiliate of SMC Management of Watertown. The seller was represented by the CBRE/New England capital markets team of Simon Butler and Biria St. John. Butler and St. John also procured the buyer.
  • Senate Construction Corp. has hired Matthew R. Wilder as a project superintendent responsible for quality control, safety, scheduling and communications, and interaction with clients. Prior to joining Senate, Wilder was a site supervisor with Murray Brothers Construction Inc. in Leominster.
