The owners of a sports-themed restaurant named after Red Sox legend Tony Conigliaro have leased two sites in Greater Boston and are hiring about 350 prior to openings scheduled for later this fall.

Tony C’s will hire 200 for its location in Somerville and 150 for a Burlington location, a company representative said.

Most of the jobs will be full-time. The company needs managers, bartenders, kitchen staff, hostesses and servers.

“We are counting down the days to the opening of the restaurants and look forward to offering our neighbors in Somerville, Burlington, and all surrounding communities, an experience unlike any other in the area, from atmosphere, to food and beverage,” Sean McDonald, a Tony C’s executive, said in a prepared statement. “In the meantime, we are enthusiastically working to build a stand-out culinary, server and management team which will be the platform for our success.”

The Somerville location, at 699 Assembly Row, is 10,793 square feet leased from Federal Realty.

The Burlington location, at 17 3rd Ave., is 8,400 square feet leased from Nordblom Company.
