COLUMN: A fair number of books on Boston

Although I grew up in California, I was always proud to announce that I was born in Boston. Not exactly Boston, of course, but within an hour’s drive to the Boston Common or Cape Cod. While King was speaking to the role of company CEOs as leaders, the functions he describes are also attributable to leaders of all kinds, from Continue reading >>>

Hill Holliday founder Jack Connors and Cardinal Sean O’Malley said the effort had raised more than $68 million, and that doesn’t include a just-announced anonymous donation of $7.5 million. Guests at the event included Shields Health Care’s Tom Shields, the Yawkey Foundation’s John Harrington, Adage Capital’s Bob Atchinson, Continue reading >>>
