Blizzard Watch Issued For Greater Boston

The snow forecast (as of 3:20 p.m. Wednesday) for Friday’s anticipated storm (National Weather Service) BOSTON — The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard watch for much of eastern Massachusetts ahead of what’s forecast to be a major nor’easter. The watch is in effect from Friday morning through Saturday afternoon. According to the weather service, the storm is expected to drop 1 to 2 feet of snow across much of the region.
