Despite “fiscal cliff” concerns, a growing number of Greater Boston employers expect to boost hiring during the first quarter of next year, according to the latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey.
Eighteen percent of Hub companies plan to hire more workers from January to March, while only 4 percent expect to reduce staff.
That’s an improvement from the fourth quarter when only 13 percent of companies said they planned to hire more workers while 7 percent said they would reduce their employee count.
